OPD Service (Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) The General Outpatient Department (OPD) serves as the frontline of patient interaction within our healthcare facility. It is a critical access point for individuals seeking non-emergency medical evaluation, preventive care, and follow-up treatment. Staffed by experienced general physicians and medical officers, the General OPD is designed to deliver efficient, accessible, and patient-centric services. Our Outpatient Department (OPD) operates daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The department is staffed by experienced MBBS doctors and Internal Medicine specialists, offering medical consultation and basic healthcare services. OPD Service Procedure: 1. Step 1 – Token Collection: Upon entering the hospital, all patients must first collect a token number from the help desk. 2. Step 2 – Wait for Your Turn: Please wait in the lobby until your token number is called. Once your turn arrives, proceed to the ticket counter. 3. Step 3 – Ticket Issuance: Collect your consultation ticket from the counter for general OPD services. 4. Step 4 – Visit the Assigned OPD: Based on your ticket, visit the relevant OPD section or doctor as mentioned. 5. Step 5 – Consultation and Further Services: Receive medical consultation. Based on the doctor’s advice, proceed with required lab tests, medicines, or other services. We have been running general out patient service in extended from starting from 8am to 6pm with lunch break 1-2 in between. Around 700-800 patients are taking OPD service every day.
